2021 Symposium Fees
There will be an opportunity for a limited amount of attendees to be live in New York for one day of the symposium! This will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Full registration fee includes all four days of the virtual symposium (or one day live in New York [limited seating] plus 3 days virtual symposium) plus symposium syllabus download. Those registering for a one-day pass will also receive the symposium syllabus.
All fees are in US Dollars.

Symposium Syllabus
The symposium syllabus will be available to all registrants of the symposium via a download link. The link for your free download will be available prior to the start of the symposium.
Multiple Registrant Discounts:
To receive your multiple registrant discount code, please email Dorry Allen BEFORE you begin your registrations.
- Three registrants from the same organization - 5% discount on each registrant
- Four registrants from the same organization - 10% discount on each registrant
- Five registrants from the same organization - 15% discount on each registrant
- Six registrants from the same organization - 20% discount on each registrant
* All registrants from the same organization must be registered individually using a discount code provided by Dorry Allen.
Other Discounts
ACSM Members (who are not PAMA members) receive a $35 discount off the non-member fee above (excludes student fees). Please email Dorry Allen for verification and to receive your discount code.
Cancellations:
Cancellation: Registration fee, less a $50 processing fee, is refunded if notice of cancellation is received by June 1. No refunds made after June 1. Contact Dorry Allen with any questions.
